Home Pride Cleaning gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion! Whether you're treating a loved one to a stress-free home or contributing to their next cleaning service, our gift cards are easy to purchase and redeem. 

Click the "Buy A Gift Card" Buttons: On our website, simply click the "Buy A Gift Card" button to start the process.

Select Your Design: Choose your preferred gift card design from the available options.

Select Your Recipient: Choose "One Individual" for personal gifts.

Choose Your Amount: Select the gift card amount, which is based on our hourly rates. (Note: Gift card amounts are in hourly increments for current rates.)

Add Discount Codes: Enter any valid discount code if applicable. Discount codes are available during limited times throughout the year—check our social media for updates.

Delivery Details: 

• Enter the recipient’s name, and choose whether to send the gift card via text message or email.
• Provide the recipient’s phone number (for text delivery) or email address (for email delivery).
• Select the date you’d like the recipient to receive the gift card.
• If you prefer to send the gift card to yourself, use the toggle option to send it to your phone or email.

 Purchaser’s Details: 

• Fill in your name and email address.
• Add a personal message (optional) to make the gift extra special.

Secure Checkout: Complete your purchase securely via our Square link.

Gift Card Delivery: After purchase, a digital gift card will be sent directly to the recipient (or to yourself) via the delivery method you select (text message or email). 

Gift Cards Never Expire: Our gift cards never expire! However, our rates are subject to change, which could affect the number of hours provided to the recipient. We recommend using the gift card within one year to avoid any rate changes.

If the recipient is a current recurring client, you can ask us about their recurring cleaning rate and purchase a gift card for that amount, or a partial amount depending on the recipient’s needs and your goals for the gift card. 

Home Pride Cleaning charges per hour, per technician. The total amount you purchase will determine how much time the recipient will receive for their cleaning service, all while maintaining our high-quality standards. Please note that full-home deep cleans require 2 technicians. For an average home (1,500-2,500 sq ft) in good condition, we typically quote 4-6 hours with 2 technicians. 

Here are some examples of time based on 1 technician:

• $100 gift card: Approx. 2 hours of cleaning
• $200 gift card: Approx. 4 hours of cleaning
• $300 gift card: Approx. 6 hours of cleaning

You are welcome to purchase your desired amount, and the recipient can choose how to redeem it. For more details on how they can redeem the gift card, please see the "How To Redeem" section below.

Congratulations on being a Home Pride Cleaning gift card recipient! Please review our redemption options below and follow the steps to schedule your cleaning. 

Redemption Options:

• Option 1: Full Home Clean:  We clean the entire home, and if the gift card amount does not cover the full time needed to complete the cleaning, you (the recipient) will be billed for any additional hours required to finish the desired areas or full home. 

• Option 2: Partial or Area-Specific Cleans: You prioritize the areas you'd like cleaned, and we will complete as much as possible within the time frame covered by the gift card. To ensure we focus on what matters most to you, you will provide a list of areas for our team to prioritize in order. Our technicians will begin with the highest-priority areas and work within our high-quality standards. Please note, depending on the time available, some areas may only be partially cleaned due to time limitations. 

8 Steps for Scheduling:

1. Contact Us:  Fill out our website contact us form or Text/Call us at (269) 425-3119 and mention the gift card gift received
2. Provide Your Details:  To get started, we’ll need the following details from you: your first and last name, complete address (including house number, city, and zip code), the square footage of your home, your email address, and the redemption option you’d like to choose (see options above). If you're unsure about which option to select, don’t worry—we’re happy to help guide you. 
3. Share Your Gift Card Information:  Provide the gift card amount and your preferred timeline for completion. Please note, we typically book several weeks in advance, but we’ll coordinate availability with you. 
4. Submit Photos or Videos:  For a more accurate time estimate, you can send us photos or videos of the areas you want cleaned. This will help us better understand the scope of work. 
5. Review Our Standards:  We’ll send you a list of our cleaning standards and policies, which you'll need to digitally sign before the cleaning. 
6. No In-Home Walkthrough Needed (unless seeking recurring visits):  Our team will assess the home upon arrival and allocate the necessary time for a thorough clean. 
7. Schedule Your Cleaning:   Once everything is confirmed, we’ll get you scheduled. You’ll receive automated confirmation and reminder texts to keep you updated. 
8. Enjoy Your Clean Home!  Relax and enjoy the results of a high-quality cleaning service!
    

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift card amount is used toward cleaning time; any balance over the gift card value will be due at the time of service.
• Gift cards must be mentioned at booking to be applied
